1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ganja.trade ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our web application, you ("User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ganja.trade is a listing and messaging platform for licensed cannabis professionals to coordinate locally. We do not sell cannabis products, process product payments, or escort trades. Users coordinate privately via chat; all commercial product transactions must take place entirely off-platform in accordance with applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Platform. Access is restricted to individuals or entities holding a valid, active commercial cannabis license issued by a U.S. state cannabis regulator. New accounts require manual approval after you submit license and business details.

3. Nature of the Platform

ganja.trade lets verified operators post listings, discuss availability, and message other members. We are not a broker for cannabis goods and we do not process payments for cannabis products. Membership fees (Pro / Ultra) and advertising purchases are billed by Stripe for platform features only — they do not constitute payment for cannabis goods.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws. While using the Platform, you must not: attempt to process cannabis product payments on-site; provide false or misleading information about your business, license, or products; post content that violates intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, or encourages illegal acts; use scraping tools or attempt to circumvent our security and verification systems; or make unverified health or medical claims about any products.

5. Privacy & Messaging

Our messaging tools are provided for professional coordination. While we do not actively monitor the contents of your private messages, we may collect metadata (such as conversation history and timestamps) to operate and moderate the Platform. We expect all users to communicate professionally.

6. User Content & Licensing

You retain ownership of any content you upload (including profile details, images, and listing descriptions). By posting it, you grant ganja.trade a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Account Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support. Following a request, your account may enter a grace period before personal data and listings are removed from our active systems, except for anonymized analytics or records we are legally required to keep. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for Terms violations or risk to the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

ganja.trade is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of user data or the validity of licenses. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. We hold no responsibility for any off-platform business dealings or disputes between users. You assume full risk when interacting with others.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ganja.trade, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any off-platform transactions you engage in with users found through the Platform.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes related to these Terms or the Platform must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
